Steve Eastick - Director

With over 25 years of industry experience as a professional Estates Director and Electrical Engineer, Steve leads Somerset EPS with unparalleled expertise. His specialisations include:

• Property and Estate Management
• Electrical engineering across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors, including inspection and testing
• Industry compliance, Health & Safety, and Fire Safety across agricultural, educational, charitable, and commercial domains
• Contractor and project management for new builds and refurbishments under CDM regulations

Steve's credentials include certifications in CDM, NEBOSH, Electrical Installation, Electrical Inspection and Test, Facilities Management, IOSH managing safely, and OZEV-approved Electrical Vehicle Charging Installation. He also brings extensive experience in multi-site operations management, project direction, budgetary planning, fundraising liaison, and estate lifecycle management.
